- Market Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute Hypatos’ US market entry and growth strategy, aligned with global company objectives
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in enterprise automation and AI agent adoption
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Business Development & Sales
- Build and manage a high-performing US sales and business development team.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Operations & Team Management
- Oversee all US operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with global teams in product, marketing, and support to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor US-based staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Financial & Performance Management
- Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for the US business unit.
- Report on performance, market developments, and strategic initiatives to global leadership
- Brand & Market Presence
- Represent Hypatos at industry events, conferences, and with media to enhance brand visibility in the US.
- Advocate for Hypatos’ vision of AI-powered, agentic back-office automation
